Ride Programs Launch!
Our Middle School and High School ride programs have hit the trail on a lovely evening. These fun-forward programs support and nurture riders who are less focused on racing and more interested in riding with peers, developing skills and experience, and exploring trails with fun coaches.

Most of the riders in both programs have been riding for years, often starting in Boneshakers, and bring a love of bikes and being out on the trails. With some of the desert in bloom, the ride was punctuated by kids calling out blooming plants they had spotted; oh Globe Mallow, look some Indian Paintbrush, and there was even some Claret Cup Cactus’ red blooms spotted by sharp-eyed riders!
A stop to visit and shoot a group photo with Bones, our resident and wildly festooned desert skeleton, was part of the adventure for the Middle School program who rode tonight as a big group with a crew of coaches. As over the next week, we will form some smaller Crews that match up riders with complimentary skills and interests, but it was fun to have the whole group riding together to start off the Early Spring Semester.
If this looks like fun and you have a youth rider interested in mountain bike adventures on local trails, registrations for our High School and Middle School Ride programs Late Spring Semester are open.
No April Fools joke on this news. Just lots of fun racing!
